3M VHB Acrylic Foam Tape C20F

3M™ VHB™ C20F is a clear high performance VHB™ Tape. Its cohesive and adhesive properties make it suitable for highly demanding applications where a coloured bond line is undesirable. This tape shows higher peel (on high energy surfaces), tensile and shear performance than many other VHB tapes due to the increased
cohesive strength. The tape thickness of 2,0 mm and the cohesive properties allow the tape to withstand higher tension forces resulting from tolerances between bonded parts. This product is suitable for the bonding of transparent materials like glass and transparent plastics. Depending on the material and on the environmental influences the pre-treatment of the surfaces with a Primer (e.g. the 3M™VHB™Silane Primer for glass) is recommended.
