Shipping & Delivery

1. What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges are the delivery charges that are subject to vary according to weight and sales tax.

2. How many days does it take to deliver the product?

We deliver your orders in 6 – 8 business working days which is flexible as per Government guidelines.

3. Which courier service do you use?

We have different third party courier service company that makes deliveries to our customers across Pakistan.

4. How can I track my order?

You can track your orders from our website by simply providing order ID and billing email details.

5. Why do sometimes orders get delayed?

It is our top priority to delivery products to you on time. However, sometimes orders do get delayed due to several reasons and most commonly found reason are short business hours post pandemic, weather conditions and long holidays.

Payment Methods

1. What are the available payment methods?

We provide three payment methods for our customers
• Direct Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Credit/ Debit Card

2. What type of payment cards do you accept?

We accept both Debit and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa).

3. What is COD?

COD means Cash On Delivery. You can pay cash for your selected items at time of delivery.

4. How can I pay online?

If you have selected to pay online, you need to enter valid Debit/Credit card details to process your order on the Powerhouse Express store.
